After the Acura win, the agency staffed up for automotive but had an almost 100% turn over in about 6 months. When I arrived the brand work was being accommodated, but the regional work and client seemed neglected. So, with one outside hire and a few recruits from the existing staff, I made my own creative group (before that, all creative people reported directly to the ECD/partner).

 

Leadership Contributions:

  • Developed junior staff that previously had little broadcast experience

  • Consolidated regional ad package with the running footage package to attract better production companies

  • Won a Belding Bowl with regional work
